Plot
Avinash is the diamond king of Surat but his business, Desai Diamonds, is not doing well. He lives with his son, Hitarth, wife Vaidehi & daughter Aditi. He is stuck in a conundrum between family and his business. Will the family stick together in difficult times?

His son Hitarth loves his step sister Aditi but hates his step mother Vaidehi. Desai’s family friend, Mehul and his wife Nisha have decided to leave them. Desai feels his business rival is responsible for this when goons come and try to take him along.

Hitarth gets his father released from the goons. Indian govt. receives a tip about a criminal Jaydev being in Gujarat. Mr. Ajit offers to takeover Mr. Desai's business but Hitarth objects. Hitarth meets Sahil who is his partner in customs clearing business. Avinash suddenly spots Aditi with Bhairavi on the road and follows them of suspected kidnaping.

Vaidehi finds out about Hitarth and Bhairavi’s affair after Aditi is caught with them during an outing. Avinash accepts business offer from JD who is Kedar’s enemy to come out of crisis. Crime inspector Jadeja follows Jaydev and Avinash gets a heart stroke when he realises that Hitarth is dating Kedar’s daughter.

They lose 1 of their partner and money which forces them to kidnap Aditi for ransom.
